A basic but delicious peanut-butter flavored, gluten-free and dairy-free cup of deliciousness. Makes one large smoothie or two small.

  1. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend on high 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
  2. Grab a straw and say “mmm!”
